As Lincolnshire’s official local food project, Select Lincolnshire is passionate about locally sourced produce with a fantastic range of members from cheese and chocolate makers, beef farms and vegetable producers.
Select Lincolnshire produce can be found at many of the local farmers markets and at special events throughout the year including the Lincolnshire Show, Lincolnshire Christmas Food & Drink Fair, Burghley House Fine Food Fair in Stamford plus the Lincolnshire Sausage Festival in October at Lincoln Castle and Lincoln's Christmas Market in December. Bostons own market runs on Saturday and Wednesday where 'fresh from the field' produce can be purchased.
